Dan Bilzerian, the multimillionaire, high-stakes poker playing playboy king of Instagram, recently threw 18-year-old porn star Janice Griffith off of his roof into his pool during a Hustler photo shoot, accidentally causing her to break her foot. After failing to receive an apology and having to cancel a few film shoots because of her broken foot, Griffith is now considering legal action against Bilzerian.
Bilzerian, the multimillionaire son of a financial tycoon, drives an Italian super vehicle whose license plate reads: SUCK IT; does some acting in action movies; and enjoys photographing copious amounts of scantily clad women hanging around his estate and his menagerie of high-powered assault rifles. Apparently, there is the good life, and then there’s Dan Bilzerian’s life, which apparently excuses him from paying for the medical expenses of those he hurts.
Griffith called TMZ live to speak about the incident, and made it clear that she’s taking the legal offensive against Bilzerian, because she’s had to miss work as a result of the broken foot, including a big shoot for Kink.com.
As if to add insult to injury, Bilzerian retweeted a message that read: “Dan Bilzerian was almost murdered by a naked female that tried to pull him off a rooftop hahaha good thing he’s part hulk.”
Though there hasn’t been news of her legal actions, she danced around certain interview questions at the advice of her legal counseling, making it clear that she’s at least intending to take action. She did tell her interviewers that there weren’t any drugs or alcohol involved, especially since she’s under the legal drinking age.
Griffith said, “It’s not the best idea that we’ve ever had.”
